1. How can I be valid for the Gift Card?
This offer is available to Royal Bank, NatWest or Ulster customers who buy AIG Life Insurance, Critical 3 with Life Insurance or Guaranteed Sixty-Plus Life Insurance from 15th April 2022 and 30th November 2022 and have had their policy for six months without cancelling. This offer is limited to one gift per household.

2. What Gift Cards can I choose from?
You can choose from an Argos e-Gift Card, Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* or a Tesco Digital Gift Card.

3. How long do I have to claim my Gift Card?
Once you’ve had your policy for six months you’ll be sent your ‘How to claim’ email/letter. You’ll have a further six months from this date to claim your Gift Card and reveal your code, after which the link will expire.

4. How and when do I get my Gift Card?
AIG Life has appointed Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) to fulfil your gift. Once you have held your policy for 6 months and it hasn't been cancelled, you will receive your 'How to claim' email or letter. This will contain your unique reference number to use when visiting the site, please allow 30 days after your 6 months has passed to receive this communication.

5. I have had my policy for 6 months, but have not received an email regarding my Gift Card.
Once you’ve had your policy for six months the email or letter will be sent. Please allow 30 days from this point for the delivery of this communication. If you haven’t received your email, there is a possibility that it's gone to your email junk or spam folders so it may be worth checking for emails from noreply@lifeinsurancerewards.co.uk.
If you can’t find this email then don’t worry, please call the MLP Rewards gift helpline on 01565 656 387 quoting your policy number and postcode. This helpline is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Calls are charged at local rates.

6. I have forgotten my unique reference number, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your unique reference number, please revisit the link in your email or letter and re-enter your policy number and postcode and your original unique reference number will be revealed.

7. How long do I have to view my Gift Card for?
You will have 6 months to view your code once it has been revealed to you. After this time, the access to view your code will expire. Please print or save your code in a safe place.

8. I don’t have access to the internet, what should I do?
If you don’t have internet access to redeem your Gift Card, please call the MLP Rewards gift helpline on 01565 656 387 quoting your policy number and postcode and a member of the team will be happy to help you. This helpline is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Calls are charged at local rates.

9. How long do I have to use my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card?
Your Amazon.co.uk Gift card is valid for 10 years from the date issued.

10. Do I have to use the money on my Gift Card all at once? What if I haven’t got enough money on my Gift Card to pay?
Gift Cards can be used in full or part payment for any products purchased from the retailer. If you haven’t got enough money on the Gift Card to pay, then you will have to pay the remainder using another payment method.

11. Will I receive change if I do not spend all the money on my Gift Card?
No change will be given in cash but any value remaining on the card will be shown on the till receipt and can be used in full or part payment for future purchases.
